My partner and I had an unprotected sex last night and I'm afraid I would get pregnant. What should I do?
For unprotected sex cases (which means you were not able to use any contraceptive method prior to the sexual activity) get an Emergency Contraception right away. I mean, RIGHT AWAY.
In my case, I took the Emergency Contraception 54 hrs after an unprotected sex. I never intended to take an Emergency Contraception since I knew I will not get pregnant. But realizing that (1) My partner and I just used the withdrawal method and (2) I knew I am not safe for unprotected sex that night so just to make sure I will not get pregnant, I took an Emergency Contraception. Lucky it is still not over 120 hrs before I decided to make a move.
What is an Emergency Contraception?
It is a contraception method where contraception is not done before the sexual activity but rather after the sexual activity. The most common Emergency Contraception is the use of "The Morning-After Pill".
What is "The Morning-After Pill"
In U.S there are several brands available as the Morning-After Pill. The most popular is the Plan B Pill. Here in the Philippines, you can use Nordette as a Morning-After Pill.
I have read so many articles about using the "Morning-After Pill". I kept searching for other sources of information and feedbacks from the users themselves so that I will be more confident. Now I am sharing the most summarized information I collected from different sites. The FAQs I provided here are my personal questions when I was still in doubt of taking the pill.
What is Nordette?
Nordette is an oral contraceptive pill indicated for fertility control in women. It is composed of 150mcg Levonorgestrel and 30mcg Ethinyloestradiol.
How do I use Nordette as an Emergency Contraception?
Here's how Nordette looks like:
It is composed of 21 white pills. Take 4 white pills the morning after you had an unprotected sex. Then take another 4 white pills 12 hours later. Then stop. I mean STOP after the 2nd dose and throw the remaining pills. Note: Disregard the arrows and the days indicated on the blister. It really doesn't matter as long as you take 4 pills all at the same time and the other 4 pills 12 hours after the 1st dose.
There was one article that I have read and the direction says "take 4 orange pills". Before I went to the drugstore, I made a research myself on how the pill looks like so that I can also be familiar with its physical appearance. When I get to the drugstore, I opened the box and found something like that of the picture above. I get confused because I was expecting colored pills. But when I had a research again, I found out that packaging may be different from other nations but the content is very much still the same.
There was one article that I have read and the direction says "take 4 orange pills". Before I went to the drugstore, I made a research myself on how the pill looks like so that I can also be familiar with its physical appearance. When I get to the drugstore, I opened the box and found something like that of the picture above. I get confused because I was expecting colored pills. But when I had a research again, I found out that packaging may be different from other nations but the content is very much still the same.
How is it effective?
Nordette is very much effective as long as you take it the morning after you had an unprotected sex. However you can still take Nordette within 120 hours (5 days) of unprotected sex but the effectivity will not be that satisfactory compared to that taken right away.
What do I have to expect after taking Nordette?
You may experience nausea and for rare cases, vomiting. Bear in mind that you vomited because it is one of the side effect of the pill and not because you are already pregnant. You will also have your menstruation earlier than you expected.
I took the first dose at 08:00AM and didn't experience any changes. I also didn't feel nauseated. But after my second dose at 08:00PM, I experienced disturbed sleep. My head was so heavy and was not able to sleep well the whole night. I was still lucky I am not at work when I experienced that. It was one of the advantage that I made an 08:00AM-08:00PM dose.

My head was so heavy and was not able to sleep well the whole night. I was still lucky I am not at work when I experienced that. It was one of the advantage that I made an 08:00AM-08:00PM dose.
Remember that you are taking the Morning-After Pill because you had an unprotected sex. Never make it a habit to just rely on the pill and keep having an unprotected sex everyday of your life. Your body will be confused on the sudden changes that you are doing. You might as well start an oral contraceptive so you may have a better peace of mind of doing repeated sex with your partner without worrying of being pregnant.

> 10 days after unprotected sex, because the implanted fertilized egg will produce the hCG. hCG is the one that PT detects in the urine. it takes 7 days for the fertilized egg to implant on the uterus.
> take another one 16 days after unprotected sex because sperm cells can live in the uterus for up to 6 days.
> buy at least two different brands!
How will you know it worked?
> Side effects DOESN'T always mean that the Nordette worked. It only means that your body absorbed it. Absolute sign you're not pregnant? Menstrual bleeding or negative PT around 20 days after unprotected sex.
When to expect your period?
> I'm a very regular 28-day cycle. Every time I used Nordette as ECP (I've used it twice before), my period ALWAYS come exactly 7 days after I took the pills.
Additional tips:
> take note of your cervical mucous while you're on ECP. It's also a way of monitoring your ovulation. Sticky and white: NOT VERY FERTILE. Slimy and clear (like eggwhite): VERY FERTILE. How to do it? Google for more info and pics.
> Consult an OBGYNE, bring your boyfriend too.

We used the withdrawal method and he's sure he didn't left something inside me. Yesterday I had my period but there's only lil blood coming out until now. I should have used the morning after pill -.- but i guess it's too late, if only i saw this blog earlier. heeyyy ..what happens when you take the MAP on july 6 after having unprotected sex then on july 8,you had sex again? what's the percentage of getting pregnant? im kinda worried coz when i googled, MAPs only work if taken after sex and u have to take another batch if you do it again.. (though i know im kinda different to impregnate coz im kinda meaty ;) ) but, what are the chances? :)
ReplyDeleteECPs are not designed to be used that close to each other. Since ECPs contain very high doses of synthetic hormones, your body night experience side effects if you use it that often.
DeleteNordette has optimal effects if taken within 72 hours after unprotected sex. So, the sperm in your uterus on jul 8 will not be affected by the ECP you took on jul 6. Since sperm can live for up to 5 days, there's still a chance you can get pregnant. When was your last menstrual period? Its also important to know if your ovulating because if you're not, then there's nothing to be worried about!

hi my partner and i had sex. he used withdrawal method and ejaculated outside my body. but we did it 2 rounds, although there was like 5-10 minute interval between rounds and he did go to the bathroom before we did it again (im not sure though what he did there). But he withdrew as well on the second round.

There are several factors you need to sort out before you know how high your chances are of getting pregnant:
Delete1. Withdrawal method is only around 85-90% effective in preventing pregnancies. However, your partner must have very good control to make sure he doesn't ejaculate a single drop in your vagina. In addition, there's this thing called pre-ejaculate, wherein a little of you partner's sperm ooze out even before he orgasms. This pre-ejaculate contains viable sperm, and you can still get pregnant from this.
2. Where are you on your menstrual cycle? Ovulation (in a very regular 28-day cycle) usually happens on the 14th day after your first day of menstruation. When was your last menstrual period? This is important because if you are infertile when you guys had sex, then no problem! But if you were ovulating, or will soon ovulate when you had sex, the chances of getting pregnant goes up.
3. Using Nordette as ECP is around 90% effective. If used correctly, chances are high in avoiding pregnancy.
Its a good thing that you oped to take ECP even if your partner used the withdrawal method. Better safe that sorry right?
When can you get an accurate PT?
Usually, 2 weeks after you had unprotected sex. The fertilized egg has to travel to your uterus and implant on the lining. This takes around 7 days. The implanted egg secretes hCG and hCG is the hormone that PTs detect in you urine.
But based on my experience, I usually have withdrawal bleeding 7 days after taking Nordette. This a sign (although not 100% sure) that I'm not pregnant.

i usually have my period every 21st of the month and lasts until the 23rd or 24th. we had sex last July 8. was i fertile then? i gather that's beyond the 14 days u said.. how long does fertility/ovulation last anyway?
DeleteAfter leaving the ovary, the egg only lives for about 12-24 hours. If it is not fertilized, it then dies and comes out with your next menstrual bleeding. However, no one can predict the EXACT time your ovary will expel the egg. Hence the fertile window. The fertile window is the PREDICTED days of your ovulation.
DeleteIf you have your period at the same date every month, you probably have a 31-day cycle. That's longer than normal, meaning your ovulation day would be around 15-18 days after your menstrual cycle (that's around Jul 6 - 9).
Let me stress that these predictions are not 100% accurate. A lot of other factors can play a role in altering our menstrual cycles. Like stress, food and drugs we eat, sleep, activities of the day and many more. The only thing to do now is wait and hope its negative.

Emergency contraceptive pills contain synthetic hormones, namely progesterone and estrogen. Unlike your usual medications, these hormones stay in the body for long periods of time. Progesterone and estrogen can still be effective even up to five days after having unprotected sex. But be aware that the longer time you wait to take the pills, the less effective it will be.
DeleteIn your case, the ECP you took is probably still in your system on the second time you had unprotected sex. However, sperm cells can live in the uterus for up to six days. ECP helps prevent pregnancy by DELAYING ovulation. If you were about to ovulate when you took ECP, the drug was able to delay it. But since the drug stays in your body for only five days, ovulation may occur right away.
So, if you ovulated five days after taking the ECP, and the sperm cells inside you is viable, there is still a chance of getting pregnant.
I suggest taking a pregnancy test two weeks after having unprotected sex AND avoiding unprotected sex.

It's been almost 4 days, not experiencing any symptoms like withdrawal bleeding or breast tenderness, only light abdominal cramps.
What tops this is that I had unprotected sexual contact this morning (apparently it's my ovulation day) and I'm thinking if I should drink Nordette again. Thoughts please? Could really use some help, don't want to over do it as the complications are really scary.
We used contraceptives but to be sure I took nordette as an ecp 1st dose paired up with a soft drink 66 hours after intercourse then 12 hours for the next batch. I did not experienced the side effects until the next dose where I vomited 4 hours later. It is been 11 days still doesn't have a withdrawal bleeding. Yesterday I felt a headache and wants to vomit. Is there any side effects before having a withdrawal bleeding? Please answer my query. Thanks a lot.
ReplyDeleteNot all women experience withdrawal bleeding. Withdrawal bleeding happens because of the decrease in progesterone in your body. The ECP you took contains progesterone, and progesterone only stays in the body for about 5 -7 days, so 11 days is too late to expect a withdrawal bleeding.
DeleteBased on my experience, I only felt mild cramps before withdrawal bleeding and I experienced nausea and vomiting right after my 2nd dose of ECP.
I suggest taking a pregnancy test ASAP.

When did you take these tests? If its recent, then you're probably not pregnant. Five negatives is quite a strong indication your not pregnant.
DeleteBefore taking nordette, was your cycle normal? If not, then maybe that's the problem. A lot of women have irregular cycles caused by a lot of factors.
I'm really convinced you're not pregnant. Regarding your late menstruation, I can't really help you out so I suggest you seek consult from an Obgyne, especially if your cycle is regular prior to taking nordette.

Help! My last period started on the 7th and ended on the 12th. Had unprotected sex last Sunday, July 21st at 8am. At 2:30pm I took the first dosage (First time user). The the 2nd dose at 2:30am, July 22nd. I experienced acid in my stomach and some headaches. Until now I feel light headed and a bit dizzy. My nipples are kinda painful. Im still waiting for the withdrwal effect. What are the chances? Im not familiar with my fertile and ovulation days. Expecting my period on Aug 6 or 7.

DeleteThe first time I took emeregency contraception was last month, 2 days before my period was due. When I took the second dose which happened to be scheduled in the am, later that day I got my period. I usually just have 3-4 days period but last month's came longer like even going 8 days. The second time I took emergency contraception was this month. Two days after I had unprotected intercourse and 8 days shy of when my period is due (I usually have 28-day cycle). Until now, I still haven't gotten my period and I am 6 days late already. What gives?

Hi my last 1st day of mens was last aug 20 usually its a 30 days cycle. I had my unprotected sex last sept 1 around 11am and i knew im fertile abd almost aday of my ovulation. The next day sept 2 around 10am i took 4pills of althea not knowing theres a what u call a morning pill, then on that same day around 4pm i took the 4pills of nordette and another 4pills at 4am. Do u think it is still effective? Pls do reply asap. I dont need to be pregy cos i had my scheduled to work abroad in 2nd or 3rd wk of sept and before leaving we will undergo a pregnancy test. And when will be the earliest possible i could have a blood pregnacy tesr to be sure. Again Pls reply asap. Tnx

i think that would still be effective... ung iba nga ilang days after ng intercourse... eh ung sayo nman the day before so i think it doesn't matter...if u read other post ung iba mas super nadelay ung second dose but still effective..update ka nlng if ngkaruon kana :D

Hi, My partner and I had sex right after my period. (I was on my period for 7 days) We did it at 2am of Sept 4. Sept 5 (yesterday),we did it again but this time 3 times (2am, 6am and 7pm). We did not use any protection and sadly he cummed inside me twice (one on the morning of sept 4 and the other was last night). I bought the pills today and had followed the instructions, later at 3am i will take my second dose. I am just wondering, since I am 100% sure that he cummed inside, what are the chances that i will be pregnant even if i had taken the pill :( I am not really a regular 28-day cycle person so I am really scared.

Well hello there! I spotted this blog after my husband and I had unprotected sex and I searched for emergency contraceptive pill because the condom we used broke off and we are not yet ready for a kiddo since we are both about to leave the country to work abroad.
ReplyDeleteHere's my story; We use calendar method which is very effective for me since I am very regular (30 day cycle) and also thanks to the menstrual cycle application that I am using on my phone to keep track of my fertility period, ovulation and prediction of my menstruation period.
2 days before my ovulation where it happened and 7-8 hours passed before I took my first dose. 6 hours after I took my second dose I became very nauseous and extremely not feeling well but after a couple of hours I recovered. Became paranoid since some mentioned that I should have my period 5 days after taking the medication but didn't come. What happened was my period came 2 days earlier than what my application predicted, as of this writing I am on my 3rd day of my period. If those of you think that it can be the implantation thingy when you get pregnant, I assure you it is not since my 2nd day of period was quite heavy and implantation is like a light period.
But in my opinion do not go around and have unsafe sex since there is an available drug you can swallow anytime you do the deed, always go for protected sex and taking this frequently may alter or confuse your hormones (again, this is just my insight).
I am happy I stumbled upon this blog too because I was able to read some comments from those who actually used it. Thanks Rfaela Lee for this very informative blog!
Hi. I had my menstrual period last Sept 19-Sept..24 then today(sept.28), about 2:30 Pm me and my boyfriend do some foreplay he put his penis on my butt pero not inside as if were just scratching. I was worried of the precum, so I read stuff about ECPs at work so it was after32 hrs that on Sept 30, I took 4 Nordette at 8pm and then 4 again at 8am. I took 1 pill after 6 hrs (at 2pm) then 1 pill again after 6 hrs (8pm). I was assuming that if there was a fertilized egg within 24 hrs of unprotected sex, it would stop its implantation.. I also tried to monitor my CM the day after the sex, it was white and lotiony. I'm not sure if I had ovulated or just about to ovulate, then Oct 1 i tried CM, there was none, i think. My vagina just feels wet with clear slightly sticky, slightly slippery, it was thin lubrication I think. So I was a bit worried that if the deed was indeed done on my ovulation day, I might get pregnant. My bf said I was really slippery, I assume it was the fertile CM. I'm really scared. It's been almost 4 days, not experiencing any symptoms like withdrawal bleeding or breast tenderness, only light abdominal cramps.
What tops this is that I had unprotected sexual contact this morning (apparently it's my ovulation day) and I'm thinking if I should drink Nordette again. Thoughts please? Could really use some help, don't want to over do it as the complications are really scary.

Oct. 05 - I had my brown discharge and napaka konti nya, so i assume na mag start ng yung withdrawal bleeding ko.
Oct. 06 - today, hindi pa din puno yung pads ko pero still, having the faith kasi may lumalabas naman. And as I pee, nkita ko na mas maraming blood.

Hi this is M.G. update ko lang I commented last October 1, 2013 (look up to my story) I just had my period today! whew! What a relief. When I took my first dosage of Nordette, I feel really sleepy, nauseous and bloated! So naabsorb talaga ng body ko yung pill, the same for my second dosage. After a few days, I've been experiencing PMS like abdominal cramps pero very minimal lang siya unlike my usual. Sa pagkapraning ko pa nga, I thought it may be implantation happening!!! But if there was really no fertilized egg in the first place, baka nga PMS ko na talaga yun.. I had my period 7 days after I took the second dosage. My period came 4 days earlier than expected. I may say that Nordette is effective, or maybe not because there may be no fertilization happened in the first place cause I believe I had unprotected sex during my ovulation day, kaya na praning ko! Well at least now, I am relieved and I might regularly take a pill na para wala nang paranoia after sex. More power to us girls! Let's stay protected, be in the pill, use condom or abstain from sex!

So I conclude na very effective ang nordette even though na walang withdrawal bleeding na naganap within 7-8 days after she take the pills.

DeleteUhm tips ko lang sainyo. pagka feel niyong hindi safe yung mga gf's nyo or kayo. bili agad ng nordette, 178 ang bili ng gf ko nun sa mercury. then she took 4 pills and after 12 hours 4 pills ulet. Sundin niyo lang yan and better take it kapag wala kayong gagawin sa week kasi hell week ang kalalabasan ng gf niyo.
ReplyDeleteSa case namin, hindi ko sure kung nalabasan nga kaya kinakabahan talaga ako. and ang normal is 5 days bago magka period. sakanya dumating is 1 week. and better treat your girl with care kasi sensitive and irritable siya pag nagtake ng nordette. Just trust the pill basta nagawa niyo ng tama and took it asap walang magiging problema diyan

In my case, we had contact at around 4:30 am and then she took 4 pills 2:45 pm and then the second dosage at around 4:45am. Would that be fine? everything was taken roughly within 24-25 hours after contact.

Results: For ultrasound, they detected the presence of corpus luteum.
Then, I did not have withdrawal bleeding with Nordette. I just had brown discharge but not too many. It was also observed that i have a polycysteic ovary.
Does it mean that I am pregnant? Because I had ovulated. I am so scared. Need your advice guys. I was about to try PT kit today but I think it should be 15 days after contact, right?

Just want to share that Nordette worked for me. Followed the instructions, had a withdrawal bleed 5 days later, and exactly 24 days later, my real period.
ReplyDeleteBut bear in mind, the side effects of Nordette are a bit nasty (pagkatapos ng second dosage) I got pimples, dizziness, headaches, felt light headed, nausea and for some reason, I had difficulty breathing, parang na asthma ako pero I read na it's an uncommon side effect as well of nordette. Some people will feel the side effects,some wont. So use at your own risk...
But nordette worked for me, even though the side effects made me feel terrible.
Pano yung natirang pills? Hindi na pwedeng gamitin if ever magkaemergency ulit?

hi everyone! this past 2 weeks has been like a hell for me! well here's what happen after i took nordette, first dose was on oct 16, then oct 17 my second 4 dose. they said bleeding should be on the 7th or 8th day after nordette is taken.

THIS IS WHAT TRUE RELIEF really feels, im expecting my mens tomorrow but still i need to have the 2nd pt tom morning ( just to be so sure!) . im so excited to have my mens and my cramps back!!! :)
As what i have observe, nordette dont really have the same effect on us, girls. some may have their bleeding 5 days or 7 days after and some may have it late than expected. I just wanted to you tell you guys that worrying really dont help. as long as you follow the correct dosage and time for the nordette to be taken, then there's so problem after that, altho theres a 1% chance of you still getting pregnant.

Deletehi to all! Me and my bf had contact last nov. 4 at 1 am and 9 am. He pulled out and it was the 11th day of my period. Irregular ang period ko kaya i decided to take nordette at nov. 5, 3PM and Nov. 6 3AM. I checked on my mucus, sticky and yellowish sya pero nagpakasiguro na din ako. Side effects of nordette to me are: After 3-4 ho. nahilo ako at parang nasusuka, i chew on ice and it helped a lot. I think mas ok i take ang nordette 2 ho. before sleeping para di mo masyadong maramdaman yung effects nya. I am waiting for results now. Yung unang takot ko lang before magtake is baka preggy ako at makaapekto ito sa baby. We should bear in mind that we are taking this at our own risk and wag gamitin ito regularly dahil magloloko talaga ang mens mo.

sept.29 - 5:20AM took the second dose. I felt light headed, bloated, and sleepy (I almost sleep the whole day!)
== Bloated, and loose my appetite. Geez!
Oct.5 - (6days after the last dose) Got a brown discharge!
Oct.6 - (already bleeding, napuno ko na yung panty liner! Yez, didnt used pads, kasi nga light bleeding lang daw so i decided to used panty liner para mas maobserve ko yung dami nya.)
Oct.7/8 - Half of the liner nalang.
Oct.9 - konti nalang sign na ptapos na.
Oct.21 -(23 days after the deed! let say 3wks after the deed) I decided to have Preganancy test, it gives me negative result.
Nov.1 - I took PT again, and gives me NEGATIVE result.
Well upon reading on the internet, nabasa ko na your next period is based on the date of your bleeding(w/c is ung bleeding na un is your period na pala for that month pinaaga lang ng pills.) That's why i assumed na by nov.5 is my next period.
== Waiting, i experienced pimples and breast tenderness (2days) on 2wks. before the expected period (NOV.5) Which is sign na padating na yung period ko.
Nov.4 - Got my period! It was really heavy, and cramps are really annoying. I have to stay in my bed to calm my abdomen. :|
Nov.5 - Half nalang, pero i notice blood clot (buo-buong dugo.) even when i pee pero my kasamang blood din.
Nov6-9 pakonti na ng pakonti.
Nov.12 - 2 days after my last period, i took another PT to be sure kasi its been a month so dapat it'll give me more accurate result and its NEGATIVE.
Up to now, i keep on stressing myself that i might get pregnant. HAHA! Praning lang? sa tingin nyooo?
Nag ka spotting po ung gf ko na kulay ng brown na may red poafter 5wks nung heavy period nya(after 2nd dose of nordette tama po nyang nainom) pero irreg po talaga sya may nabasa dn po akonh effect ng nordette nun po eh. Pwede po ba syang ma pregnant? :(

hello. i took 1 single pill within 24 hours. 2 pills within 120 hours. then 4 pills after 120 hours. and then 4 pills again the next day, after a withdrawal sex. im irregular and i havent had my period since september 2013.

Will the 2 doses (4 pills each) makes us safe for the entire period until i'll have my menstruation again--on the last week of December 2013... I mean, my husband will be around with me everyday during his vacation and it's impossible to stop him..:) We're both not comfortable using condoms. Hope someone can give light on this. (My menstruation calendar: May 14, 2013, June 14, 2013, July 12, 2013, August 12, 2013, September 12, 2013, October 11, 2013 and November 8, 2013). I took Nordette 48 hours after the intercourse, 4 pills for the first dose (9AM) and another 4 pills after 12 hours (9PM). I did vomit exactly 2 hours after the 2nd dose. It has been 8 days already since I took Nordette as ECP and haven't had my menstruation yet. It bothers me, am I pregnant? Thank you.

DeleteI took 3 tablets ng nordette sa 1st dose at 4 sa second. Kasi akala ko hindi pwede sa age ko ang 4 though I'm 18 na. After the 2nd dose, I experienced vomiting kinabukasan, nakakaramdam din ako ng pagkahilo at abdominal cramp pero I did not bleed. Is it normal? Though withdrawal din naman ang nangyari sa amin ng bf ko, I just want to make sure than magsisi sa huli. He make sure naman daw na walang lumabas sa kanya kasi it took him a second pa bago niya nailabas talaga nang wala na sakin, but I'm concerned with the pre-cum.

spent time the whole day with boyfie because its been so long since we last saw each other. had protected sex (used condom) first 2 times, he went to the bathroom after the 2nd time. on the third he withdrew at last minute. he said he probably came inside about once. its been a hellish 4 days since i didn't have any idea what to take and when I found out about Nordette I was still having second thoughts about taking it.Finally I was able to muster up the courage to try it. i just took 4 Nordette pills 15 mins ago. . .i wasn't really planning to drink it coz according to my app that although im irregular (average cycle is 43 days) im pretty safe this week (supposedly my menstruation week but it came late again) , but i wanted to really make sure implantation could still be prevented even after 4 days. I'm of age but I'm not ready to have a baby. I'm gonna continue monitoring myself for any side effects (what I was so scared of). I'll be in touch in a few days when I take a pregnancy test. *crossing fingers*

But anyway I wanted to be sure. So December 24, I bought Nordette, took 4 pills at 1PM and took 4 pills again 1am (after 12 hours). Then the following days, I was having menstruational cramps (I can feel it eh, masakit talaga puson ko) and on December 30, I had blood on my panty. Alam ko menstruation siya because my puson really hurts eh. Pero 3 days lang nag last ito (30, 31, 1) and hindi gaano strong pero meron blood. My question is, that was menstruation right? Or is it another type of bleeding? Kaso kasi masakit talaga puson ko nun kaya alam ko it was menstruation.

Hi. Just wanted to make sure. I already had my withdrawal bleeding(heavy bleeding) last Dec 26-31. A week after(now) I am experiencing abdmnal cramps and white discharge. Is this normal? Am I pregnant? Or the ECP is still on my system? I need you answers. :(
ReplyDeleteParehas po tayo ng nararamdaman.. tapos n bleeding ko pero still my abdominal cramps pa din akong ngraramdaman. Sabi sa mga articles, ilang days lang nman daw ngstay ung effect ng gamot sa body natin..
